For customers who wish to change their shipping address, please include your order number, current address
and the new address you would like your order shipped to. Please contact us ASAP! We try to fill all
orders as quickly as possible.
Customers with products on back order will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. Most
orders on backorder will be fulfilled within 2 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges
There is no charge for exchanges. Just fill out the simple Returns & Exchanges form and we'll provide you with return instructions.
It only takes a minute and helps us provide you with excellent service.
Please note: the slippers must be clean, unwashed and otherwise in the same condition as when
received. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.
