orders within 24 hours.
Customers with products on backorder will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. Most
orders on backorder will be fulfilled within 2 weeks.

There is no additional charge for exchanges. Just fill out the simple Returns & Exchanges form (button above) and we'll provide you with return instructions.

: slippers must be clean, unwashed and otherwise in the same condition as when
received. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Refunds will issued to the card on which the order was placed.
Also note that returns will be refunded the full amount less shipping charges. All returns involving 4 or more items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
